InSpec™ DE Wipes are designed for wiping applications. Apply to surface to ensure complete coverage.

Storage
Store upright in original closed containers away from sunlight and extremes of temperature. Full guidance on the handling and disposal of this product is available in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).

Safe Handling
Always wear gloves and goggles or face protection. Always read the label and SDS before use.

Material Compatibility
Application of solutions, when used as directed, will not affect materials normally encountered in the cleanroom. See compatibility information in the Technical File.

Pouch Wipes
InSpec™ DE Pouch Wipes are a high specification, low linting cleanroom wipes in a pouch.

DE Standard Pouch Wipes
Available as 15 or 50 wipes per pouch (55% cellulose; 45% polyester). Wipe dimension: 230mm x 230mm (9” x 9”).

Tub Wipes
InSpec™ DE Tub Wipes, an economical solution for wiping applications.

DE Standard Tub Wipes
Wipes per tub: 200 x 23g cellulose. Dimensions of the wipe: 200mm x 200mm.

DE Premium Tub Wipes
Wipes per tub: 130 x 45g Polycellulose. Dimensions of the wipe: 200mm x 185mm.

Technical User Information
InSpec™ DE wipes are sterile ready to use disinfectant. This is a 70% v/v alcohol solution in WFI quality water.

InSpec™ DE wipes are manufactured to GMP in a cleanroom.

The solution is filtered through a 0.2 micron filter and gamma irradiated to a validated process (at 25-45kGy) to give a sterility assurance level SAL of 10-6.

InSpec™ DE is supplied with Certificates of Conformity, Analysis, Irradiation Sterility and Endotoxin.

All formats of InSpec™ DE have a stabilised 24 month shelf life.
