Product information
The Codan vial access device works with standard Luer Lock syringes providing a system that allows safe access to vials.
In both designs the 0.2 micron hydrophobic air-vent filter neutralises vial pressure, minimising aerosols from rubber stoppered multi-dose vials where aerosolising of hazardous material is a potential risk.
Additionally they are easy to grip and are universal (all of these vial access devices can be used on varying vial sizes). They offer a needle free non-coring penetrating spike.
Two versions are offered in AMD’s VHP Triple packaging configuration.
A variety of pouched quantities exists, the table above shows the possible permutations all of which are CE marked.
