Product information
The BD SmartSite™ needle free 2-way non-drip valve works with standard Luer Lock syringes. The SmartSite™ needlefree valve enables multiple connections and when disconnected from the syringe can withhold 45 psi of back pressure.
In order to solve a wide range of aseptic transfer issues AMD have linked this device to both Sartorius filters and/or needles and protected the tip of the SmartSite™ with a pin-less cap to simplify aseptic removal from AMD’s triple wrap packaging.
Options
This linked set of devices can be provided in a wide range of combinations including needle gauge and length and also with or without filters – 0.2μm, 0.45μm and 5μm are offered as options, and in a variety of pouched quantities.
