AMD sterile dry wipes are made with a hydroentangled, non-woven blend of polyester/cellulose (45% polyester and 55% cellulose) to form an extremely robust and absorbent material, ideal to be used as part of cleanroom sanitising and cleaning regimes of isolators, LAF cabinets, general cleanroom surfaces, spill control and device cleaning.

The cleanroom compatible material combines the absorbent properties of a natural fibre, with the strength of a synthetic fibre and are absent of chemical binders.

Dry Wipes are packed in AMD’s ISO 7 Cleanroom. They are supplied ready folded in a Triple Sterile Wrap format meaning a simple transfer process into your Cleanroom and reduced risk of contamination.

This product is sterilised by gamma irradiation at a minimum of 25kGy. Available in several packaging configurations from an individually packaged wipe to economic multi-pack of 3 or 5 wipes.

All batches are cleanroom processed with lot number traceability and certificates of conformity and irradiation.
